Specialty chemical manufacturing plant containment work. This project consisted of concrete repair, concrete resurfacing, primer and 2 coats of a vinyl ester top coat including a slip resistant additive.

Superior Industrial Maintenance erected suspended scaffold equipment on 125’ tall silos. The silos were then pressure washed to clean all debris from the surface and expose the concrete. The surface was then prepared with needle guns and all cracks were cleaned to a SSPC SP13 condition. Once the reinforcing bar was exposed, it was prepared and primed before mortar and finish coats were applied.
